Before you get too far in offering people the use of your home and your sanctuary, for your own benefit and the benefit of others, you need to make sure that there are rules and boundaries for people to be able to honor.

What you really want to do is come from the heart and that is wonderful but people need structure just like animals do. They need boundaries. They need to know the rules and if you have no rules you will quickly become disheartened by the actions of others. Not everybody consciously comes from a place of love and respect for others and it’s not their fault. Consequently, we should not wait and condemn them when they do something we dislike or that we do not approve of. You should set the limits and boundaries and rules so that they have a guideline otherwise you have no right to be upset with them when they don’t comply by what you believe is the standard. You must develop an outline of the expectations of your sanctuary so that people honor those expectations because they need to know where you come from in order to honor and respect where you come from. It’s a mistake to assume that all people come from the same place as you.

As for this property, there is another option that has a forest and pathways through the forest that would be more feasible and beneficial in the long run. It has an out-building that is a barn style out-building and is a little bit more rustic and a bigger property.

The one you are inquiring about has good energy and the animals are attracted to the space because of the vibration it already holds. There is a problem with water in this location you’re looking at that will need attention.

At this point I would suggest that it is up to you and your family what you purchase but you should get the consensus of all of your family to make the decision. However, if you’d like to make this a spiritual destination, it may be more beneficial for you to find the other property with the forest and the pathways in order for people to have the full earth-nature effect that you desire.

In the property you’re looking at, it will have clarity of the moon and moon energy will be very important to it.

I support you in either choice. If you purchase this property, you’ll want to put lemon smell in this property for three months. I would prefer you go with the other property but if you choose this one first it will be a stepping stone to something more like the property I’m talking about and that’s okay too.
